What is multi-target transcranial magnetic stimulation?
Conventional TMS is mostly single coil and single target stimulation. Multi target transcranial magnetic stimulation, through the collaborative work of multiple stimulation coils, implements programmed stimulation on two or more targets within the same treatment cycle. It can not only synergistically regulate brain circuits (such as bilateral prefrontal lobes and interhemispheric inhibitory pathways), but also connect central and peripheral nerves to achieve brain peripheral circuit intervention, providing a more physiological regulatory approach for complex brain network diseases. Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS): Adjustable parameters including intensity, frequency (≥1Hz with 1Hz step, 0.1～1Hz with 0.1Hz step, ＜0.1Hz with 0.01Hz step), stimulation duration and interstimulus interval to realize bidirectional modulation of neural excitability.
Theta‑Burst Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TBS): Also known as Theta‑burst stimulation, available in iTBS / cTBS modes.
